Job Description

We are seeking a Document Imaging Specialist to join a growing team in Boyers, PA 16020. This is a full-time role offering $16/hour on a 2-month contract with a potential for permanent hire. Ideal for individuals who are highly detail-oriented and reliable, this opportunity provides a structured work environment focused on scanning, indexing, and releasing sensitive documentation. Key Responsibilities:

Load and scan documents using high-speed imaging equipment while maintaining original order and file integrity.
Conduct quality control checks to verify the clarity and accuracy of scanned images.
Index documents into the system and release them to clients following specified protocols.
Prepare undeliverable mail by opening, sorting, and aligning for scanning.
Rotate through scanning, quality assurance, and release/index tasks throughout the shift.
Operate and maintain scanning equipment, including basic cleaning and troubleshooting.
Ensure all documentation is properly labeled and uploaded in accordance with company standards.
Follow safety and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Wear appropriate and professional attire in alignment with company policy.

Qualifications:

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and data entry skills.
Strong ability to focus in a repetitive task environment and meet high productivity standards.
Comfortable with constant use of upper extremities (keyboard, mouse, scanner).
Able to lift and move cartons or document boxes as needed.
Proficient with basic computer functions and navigating software.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Available to work from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM.
Flexible to work evening or 3rd shifts depending on project needs.
Prior experience with scanning equipment or document processing is a plus.
