Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1+ year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A role is available for a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Technician committed to delivering high-quality imaging services within a collaborative healthcare setting. Responsibilities:

  • Assist cardiologists and imaging teams in performing cardiac catheterization procedures.
  • Operate imaging equipment efficiently and safely under guidance, ensuring high-quality diagnostics.
  • Maintain patient safety and comfort during imaging studies.
  • Adhere to established protocols and standards for timely study completion.
  • Utilize EMR systems such as Medhost and MacLab for accurate patient documentation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from AHA or ARC.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Cath Lab Technologist.
  • Knowledge of cardiac imaging procedures and cath lab operations.
  • Ability to provide one-on-one patient care with a focus on safety and accuracy.
  • Competent in using electronic medical records and catheterization lab equipment.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
  • Call every other week with a maximum response time of 3 days.
  • No 48-hour shifts or block scheduling.
