Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg/Telemetry (Nights)
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg/Telemetry for a 13-week travel assignment in Windsor, VT.

Contract Details

• Nights 7:30 PM - 7:00 AM 12hr Nights 36hr guarantee
  
• Start Date: 8/3/2026
  
• Contract: 13 Weeks
  
• Location: Windsor, VT
  
• Hourly Pay: $ 31.00
  
• Non-taxed Stipend: $ 1246.00
  
• Weekly Total Pay: $ 2083.00
  
• Traveler Policy: Local Travelers - Those who reside within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this need.
  
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
  
• On Call Requirements: TBD
  
• EMR: Cerner
  
• Nurse to patient ratio: 1 to 4/5
  
• Average daily patient census: 22
  
• 8hrs non-billable orientation

** Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

** CALL IS REQUIRED FOR THIS NEED. DO NOT UPLOAD A TRAVELER WHO WILL NOT TAKE CALL.

** This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.

** Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

** NOTE, THIS IS A MED SURG POSITION! Traveler must be willing to float to any unit within their scope of practice; BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED

** 48hr guarantee is not available for this need

Key Responsibilities:

• May be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse
  
• Coordinates total nursing care for patients
  
• Participates in patient and family teaching
  
• Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting
  

Compensation:

• Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:

• Must have 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience
  
• May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg and to any unit within scope of practice
  
• Must have CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE - Not negotiable!
  
• Previous Travel (at least 3 months) - [Required]
  
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing / BSN [preferred]
  
• This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
  
• Must have and maintain current Active American Heart Association ACLS
  
• Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association during employment
  
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  
• Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
