We are currently seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to join our team at Hold Family Dental Care. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and emails from patients regarding appointments, billing inquiries, and general questions
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up with patients to confirm their appointments
  • Assist patients with completing necessary paperwork and insurance forms
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our system

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic medical records systems
