We are currently seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to join our team at Hold Family Dental Care. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and emails from patients regarding appointments, billing inquiries, and general questions
- Schedule appointments and follow-up with patients to confirm their appointments
- Assist patients with completing necessary paperwork and insurance forms
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our system
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic medical records systems
