Compass Career Solutions is growing and seeking CRPA-Certified Recovery Peer Support Advocates or Certified Peer Specialists to provide one-on-one support to individuals in their homes and communities. This role is perfect for someone who wants meaningful work, flexible scheduling, and steady local cases.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide one-on-one peer support
- Support clients with coping skills, advocacy, and recovery goals
- Meet clients in the home or community
Requirements:
- CRPA or CPS needed— If you are not certified yet, still apply! We will happily provide training and support you through the certification process.
- Lived experience in a government-serving or recovery system (required)
- Reliable transportation or ability to travel throughout Brooklyn/Queens
- High School Diploma or equivalent
