Position Overview:
At FedSync, we are committed to delivering exceptional results for our Federal clients. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead and execute key projects, ensuring objectives are achieved within budget and on schedule. As the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer Representative, you will oversee project execution, manage resources, and drive performance improvements. Your role will ensure that all work aligns with contract requirements and company standards, helping us meet and exceed customer goals and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute project requirements while upholding FedSync's core values and high standards of performance.
- Adhere to FedSync's policies, processes, and practices.
- Review and implement the project plan, meeting all schedules, milestones, and deadlines.
- Monitor and enhance the quality and efficiency of processes and deliverables.
- Ensure products meet government acceptance standards and audit government processes for growth opportunities.
- Contribute to business development by supporting the Bids and Proposal Pipeline.
- Address and resolve any issues related to deliverables or project tasks.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities.
- Supervise daily activities of FedSync employees, including onboarding, performance evaluations, and counseling.
- Manage program/project management tasks and staff contracts.
- Coordinate time sheets, leave requests, and performance reviews.
- Propose quarterly improvements and innovations to enhance agency operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program/project management.
- Strong communication, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass government adjudication/investigation, including credit, criminal background, and drug tests; active security clearance preferred.
