Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Exciting opportunity available for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to make a lasting impact in an educational setting for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract, full-time position offers the chance to support student growth and development every step of the way in a school-focused environment. You’ll be working a consistent schedule—Monday through Friday, 8:15 am to 3:30 pm, with a 30-minute lunch each day—providing essential speech-language services to a caseload of up to 45 students in a half-day AM/PM program.
Ideal candidates will bring expertise in school-based SLP services and thrive in a collaborative, student-centered team. Your work will help students achieve their IEP goals, encourage communication milestones, and foster academic and social success throughout the year.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience delivering SLP services in school settings
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and reporting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students with IEPs
- Focus on individualized IEP goals and document progress three times per school year
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans weekly
- Manage IEP case files, create new IEPs, and schedule IEP team meetings
- Participate in professional learning community sessions and staff development
- Support arrival, dismissal, and other program-related duties as needed
