Minimum Qualifications

- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Minnesota PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience providing care in home health and outpatient settings preferred, including working across the Twin Cities South and western suburbs.

Preferred Qualifications
\n
- Previous travel PTA experience preferred.
- Experience with mobility training, therapeutic exercise, and patient education preferred.

Assignment Details

- Position type: Home Health travel assignment serving the Twin Cities area, primarily South and western suburbs.
- Candidate may be required to travel or float across multiple client service areas within the region.
