Responsibilities:

Provide ABA services to clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Implement behavior intervention plans and strategies to support client goals

Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
Requirements:

RBT certification OR took an RBT course OR has experience in the ABA field for at least one year

Ability to work flexible schedule

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
