You’ll help patients understand their financial options and confidently plan for their dental treatment, enabling them to receive the healthy, beautiful smiles they deserve. More than just a job, this is a mission-driven opportunity to grow, serve, and make a difference each day.

Some of your duties will include:

-Guiding patients through their smile journey- discussing treatment and costs, presenting payment options that align with their budget and our office policies, making sound financial arrangements, scheduling treatment, and collecting payments

-Working with our team to ensure all care and procedures are accurately coded and invoiced, applying payments to patient accounts, assisting with all billing-related questions, and coordinating next steps in care with payment schedules

-Following-up promptly with patients, insurance companies, and finance companies to ensure all service and treatment plans stay on track

- Cross-training for optimal career growth (offered and expected)

-Maintaining accurate, up-to-date patient accounts, processing payments for services, analyzing insurance denials, and coding errors

-Understanding and respecting patient confidentiality and privacy laws

-Making sure patients and their families feel welcome as soon as they walk in the door, assisting with patient check-ins, and assisting the front desk team “upholding our 3-ring rule”

-Occasionally participate in practice-sponsored events, supporting our strong and positive reputation in the community

-Viewing and organizing patient medical charts for accuracy and authenticity

Our growing practice needs a reliable and dedicated professional to become a vital member, playing a crucial role in delivering and exceptional experience for every patient.

Skills required – If these sound like you, please apply!

- Strong written and oral communication skills are a MUST, while being able to

maintain a caring and professional demeanor.

- You do what it takes to get the job done, solving the problem to get the best possible results for your patients every time!

- You are comfortable with technology and open to learning new applications and

Software that support the smooth operations of a modern dental practice.

- You are charismatic, and people feel comfortable being around you; building trusting, long-lasting relationships will be the cornerstone of your position.

- You are attentive, detail-oriented, organized, and your work reflects all of these

characteristics.

- You strive for improvement and embrace opportunities for growth.

- You’re known for doing what you say you’re going to do. Your friends would say you are honest, dependable, and have integrity.

- You don’t know the meaning of “someone else’s problem” or “that’s not my job.” You’re always willing to jump in and help and enjoy being part of a team.

- You’re reliable!
