Associate Principal Scientist, Life Sciences w/Pepsi-Cola Technical Operations, Inc. in Purchase, NY. Provide nutritional & policy expertise to inform PBNA (PepsiCo Beverages North America) Portfolio of the Future workstreams w/in beverages. Position reqs a Master's deg (U.S. or Foreign Equiv) in Public Health, Nutritional Sci, or Food Sci & 7 yrs of exp in job offered or rel roles w/ subject matter expertise in health & nutrition scis. Must have 5 yrs of exp in: Dvlpng & interpreting sci literature to ensure integrity of clinical studies for functional ingredients; Analyzing & interpreting public policy, incl anticipated shifts thru partnership w/ trade associations; & Planning, dvlpng, & executing educational materials for healthcare or R&D prof'ls. Must have 3 yrs of exp in: Translating sci into on-pack claims that resonate w/ consumers. Must have 6 mos of exp in: Creating & executing a research based, multi-yr sweetener strategic roadmap.

*Telecommuting permitted 20%: work may be performed w/in normal commuting distance from the Pepsi-Cola Tech Operations, Inc. office in Purchase, NY. *Travel Reqd: 20% Domestic. Sal: $120,058-$138,000/yr.
