Propose/assess structurl features of transactns (acrss receivables optimizatn, payables extensn, inventory mgmt solutns, structurd trade fin, & documentry & standby ltr of crdit facilities) Positn reqs a Bach deg (US or Foreign Equiv) in Econ, Fin, Bus, or rel field & 2 yrs of exp in trade fin, supply chain mgmt, bankg, or other financl services. Must have 2 yrs of exp w/: Deliver transactn bankg solutns focused on liquidity optimizatn, principally thru trade fin & supply chain mgmt (receivables optimizatn, payables extensn, inventory mgmnt) prodcts/services for corp clnts w/ internatl activity; Track recrd of executg complx &/or syndicatd/distributd trade &/or supply chain mgmt transactns & product enhancemnt initiatives w/in transactn bankg; App of acctg principles & financl statemnt analysis. Conductg peer grp wrking capitl analysis (gen'l understandg of how such indicators drive company performnce & the relevance of transactn bankg solutns across differnt sectrs); Understandg & negotiatg legal documentatn. Wrkg w/ crdit rel legal documentatn (credit agreemnts, reimbursemnt agreements, receivables purchase agreemnts, paying agency agreemnts, platform service agreemnts, participatn agreemnts, collectn accnt control agreemnts, etc.); & Draftg prodct memos & correspondg w/ var stakehlders/deal teams, & presentg in pitch & clnt meetgs as well as in internl meetgs. Must have 1 yr of exp w/ thorough know of internat'l transactn bankg practices wrking w/ all trade instrumnts such as SBLCs, guarantees, or documentry Ltrs of Crdit as well as internat'l practices (ISP98 or UCP600) governg the use of these instrumnts & operatnl aspects involved in their processg, incl structurl features of such instrumnts/facilities (incl fronting risk). *Telecommuting permitted 20%: wrk may be performed w/in normal commuting distance from the BNP Paribas office in NY, NY.
