Associate - CB sought by BofA Securities, Inc. to create complex financial models & various analyses incl. credit exposure analysis, covenant & indenture review, capital commitments, & return-on-capital modeling across acquisition financing, syndicated facilities, hedging solutions, & other structured transactions. Prepare & drive content of presentation materials for clients, incl. pitch books, lender & investor presentations targeted to U.S. subsidiaries of internationally headquartered companies with a focus on Financial Institution clients, as well as product proposals across liquidity, cash mgmnt, trade finance, hedging, & debt cap mrkts. Remote work may be permitted w/in a commutable distance from the worksite. Reqs: Bach. or equiv. & 2 yrs exp. in: Demonstrating command of end-to-end banking operating models, product sets, cross functional workflows, & enterprise grade service infrastructure; Creating executive ready materials, incl. pitch books, investor presentations & senior mgmnt materials, synthesize complex analyses into clear narratives & visuals, leading planning sessions, & coordinating with junior colleagues to build repeatable templates & dashboards. 20% domestic travel as nec.
