Positn reqs a Bach deg (US or For Equiv) in Fin, Math, Econ, or rel field & 3 yrs of exp in a job offerd or relatd role. Must have 3 yrs of exp w/: Financl Analysis: Understandg global econ & mkt conditns to understand client needs & solutns for them; Risk mgmt: Mng operationl risk for the firm to eliminate errors that lead to large financl loss; Mng financl risk in fast-moving mks as part of the sales & trading group; Product know/mkt research: Know of instrumnts to serve clients better & mng financl risks to the firm; Sales strategies: Understand clients' needs to offer suitable financl products; Client relatnships: Understand structure of differnt financl institutns to tailor srvices to needs; & Trading mkts know: Understandg the dynamics of trading & systems to price products properly & mng financl positns. FINRA Certificatns Reqd: Series 7 & 63 - Must obtain w/in 60 dys of hire. *10% dom & internatl travel to Canada reqd.
