Law: Linklaters LLP seeks Associate in NY, NY to draft, negotiate & doc indentures, credit agreements, offering circulars & various other legal docs concerned w/ capital mrkts, fin'ce & securitization practice. REQ'MTS: Master's in law or foreign equiv & 3 yrs of exp in job offered or rel. field: drafting, negotiating & finalizing docs in connection w/ fin'l transactions & agreements. Must be admitted to practice law in NYS. Telecommuting &/or work from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site. Base salary range offered for this role will be btwn $225,000 & $365,000 & represents firm's good faith & reasonable estimate of range of poss compensation at time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon # of factors incl, but not limited to, candidate's relevant exp, performance, qualifications, as well as needs of firm.
