Associate: Milbank LLP is seeking Associate in New York, NY. Pos req JD, LLM or foreign equiv + 1 yr exp in offered pos or related occuptn. 1 yr exp must incl: Draft purchase agreemnts, credit agreemnts, indentures, & financing agreemnts for financings & securities offerings; Draft offering docs, legal opinions, comfort letters, & corp docs for domestic & cross-border transctns; Conduct due diligence review of corp & finance docs; Execute deal closings w/ respect to financings & securities offerings.
