Associate: Milbank LLP is seeking Associate in New York, NY. Pos req JD, LLM or foreign equiv + 1 yr exp in offered pos or related occuptn. 1 yr exp must incl: Conduct legal research & analysis of laws, regs, policies, market model provisions & precedent agreemnts to address legal issues & ensure compliance w/ laws & standards; Review contracts to identify potential issues of misconduct, breach or dispute; Draft legal memoranda based on contract review & due diligence findings; Review & draft legal docs based on precedents.
