APRN/Nurse Practitioner For

a motivated APRN (Family or Adult) or Nurse
Practitioner for a full or part-time position.
Responsibilities include patient assessment,
diagnosis, and treatment planning. Mascoma is
a growing non-profit Community Health Center
serving patients of all ages regardless of ability to
pay with a combined medical and dental practice.
Our current patient population is 3,300 patients
and we are adding about 100 new patients a
month. Applicants must have an active New
Hampshire or Vermont license, a DEA license,
and 2+ years of experience. Competitive salary,
