Director of Hospital Partnerships
PetCentric Health is growing — and we’re looking for someone who’s excited to grow with us.
We’re hiring a full-time Director of Hospital Partnerships to help support and expand relationships with veterinary hospitals across the country. This role works directly with our CEO and plays a hands-on role in business development, hospital partnerships, and helping clinics succeed with our programs.

What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with veterinary hospitals and teams
- Support partnership growth and ongoing hospital success
- Collaborate with clinics to drive engagement and adoption
- Represent PetCentric Health at industry events, meetings, and conferences
- Work closely with internal teams to support partner needs and opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Veterinary industry experience required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing company
- Self-motivated, organized, and relationship-driven
- Excited about travel and connecting with hospitals in person (~25%)
Additional Details
- Full-time position
- Reports directly to CEO
- Base + commission compensation structure
- Base salary starts at $60,000
- Target start date: Mid-June 2026
- Preferred location: Southeast U.S. or Florida
