Our team enjoys being surrounded by great energy while providing exceptional services to our clients.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate efficiently with customers via phone, email, and text.
• Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about our products, pricing, and availability.
• Data entry in various platforms.
• Review and process Certificates of Insurance (COIs) requests for policyholders.
• Assist in handling endorsements, policy renewals, and modifications related to certificates.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

• Leverage verbal and electronic communication skills to collect new and existing client information.
• Develops and maintains positive working relationships with clients, employees, and team members to reach common goals.
• Resolve questions and requests regarding all things enrollment and data collection related.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
• 4-40 Lisence required
• Must have expereince creating certificates.
• Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role.
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Proficient in technology systems.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
