Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Active Kentucky SLP licensure required
- School-based experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work effectively across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
- Flexibility to accommodate varying caseloads and school environments
- Commitment to inclusive, student-focused care
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Maintain detailed records and report on student progress
- Provide support during multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
- Stay informed on best practices and legal requirements in school-based therapy
