Pay Rate: $22-25/ hour
Location: Coventry, RI
Duration: PERM
Shift: 1st
– 7am-330pm

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated PCB Electronics Technician to join our dynamic team in Coventry, RI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of printed circuit boards (PCBs). Responsibilities
- Assemble and solder PCB components according to specifications and schematics.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of PCBs to ensure functionality and quality.
- Utilize various tools and equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and soldering stations.
- Document and maintain accurate records of assembly and testing processes.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Electronics Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in PCB assembly and soldering techniques.
- Strong understanding of electronic components and circuit design.
- Familiarity with testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
