AVAILABLE PART-TIME — 7 DAYS A WEEK
STARTING PAY RATES:

$18 per hour for new caregivers
-
$20 per hour for PSS-certified caregivers
(We will train you to obtain your PSS certification!)

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Assistant to join our healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a nursing home, home community care, or a teaching hospital setting. This position offers an opportunity to work directly in the patient’s home environment.
Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care like cooking a meal, light cleaning such as vacuuming and dishwashing, etc.

Monitor and record vital signs

Provide support in the patient's home and assist with errands, appointments, shopping, and light housekeeping
-
Assist with medical documentation and record-keeping
-
Collaborate with the patient, family, and members of our home health agency to ensure patient well-being
- Provide companionship
Skills
-
Experience in nursing home or home community care preferred

Familiarity with basic medical documentation

Willingness to receive on-the-job training
