About PSI
PSI is a fast growing full-service transportation engineering firm with three decades of delivering award-winning, innovative engineering services to governments at all levels, public agencies, and private clients. Our team of diverse professional engineers, planners, researchers, and software developers combine practical experience and cutting-edge technology to solve operational and design issues facing our communities' transportation systems.
Who You Are:
PSI is seeking a rare hybrid professional who bridges transportation asset management and GIS/software development. This role sits at the intersection of technical fieldwork and software delivery — supporting transportation agencies that rely on PSI-built tools to manage their infrastructure assets.
The ideal candidate brings both a transportation engineering foundation and demonstrated proficiency in GIS platforms and scripting, enabling them to contribute across client-facing project work and internal software delivery. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on PSI's core software products and the agencies that depend on them.

- Provide technical expertise on AASHTO, FHWA, and state DOT asset management frameworks, including TAMP compliance.
- Coordinate directly with agency clients on data needs, methodology, and deliverable review.
GIS Development & Spatial Analysis
- Build and maintain GIS workflows, spatial analyses, and data pipelines supporting asset management and inspection programs.
- Conduct spatial analysis and visualization using Python, QGIS, and ArcGIS to support asset condition reporting and traffic analysis.
