Your impact

• Find the root cause of residential plumbing problems and recommend the right fix, including selling service options when appropriate.
• Install, repair, and maintain piping, fixtures, and appliances to restore comfort and reliability.
• Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance to protect homeowners from future issues.
• Communicate with homeowners in a friendly, professional manner and deliver an excellent experience.
• Work to code, follow safety protocols, and leave every workspace clean and compliant.
• Record job details, materials, and next steps with accuracy.
• Mentor apprentices and junior plumbers, sharing techniques and best practices.

Your background

• Valid Journeyman Plumbing Licenses in both Washington and Oregon.
• At least 3 years of experience as a licensed journeyman; strong residential focus with some commercial exposure helpful.
• Creative, methodical problem solver who can work independently or as part of a crew.
• Confident communicator who builds trust with customers and teammates.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in varied conditions, from crawlspaces to attics.
• Detail oriented, with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Hands-on proficiency in plumbing fundamentals, wastewater treatment system components, and shower enclosure installation.
