Job Title: Licensed Insurance Sales Agent
Location: Remote
Job Opportunity: This is a Remote Licensed Insurance Sales Agent role with a base pay from $42,000 to $45,000 annually.
Total Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 annually with top producers earning over $150,000 + annually.
Hours: Monday - Friday from 8:30AM -4:30PM
Responsibilities: Included but not limited to:
- Outbound and in-bound sales communication
- Composing emails and text messages
- Offering additional products to existing customers
- Achieving performance goals: Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis
- Participating in professional development and training
Requirements:
- 1+ year Sales Experience
- Have a valid P&C (Property and Casualty) license in your state
- Ability to obtain non-resident licenses
- Have a stable and reliable internet connection
- Strong time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A drive for success
Bonus Points:
- Previous experience in a Captive Agency
- Bilingual – English/Spanish
