What you bring:
Valid California CTC credential with a Mild to Moderate certification
Previous experience in a Special Education teaching capacity, ideally within public schools
Proven ability to develop and implement IEPs, facilitate small group instruction, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive classroom culture
Flexibility to adapt to evolving classroom and program needs
What you’ll do:
Deliver engaging instruction tailored to students’ diverse learning profiles
Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking in compliance with district policies
Collaborate with aides, specialists, and families to outline and achieve student goals
