Our organization is looking for a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join a collaborative team dedicated to enhancing cardiac care in Corning, New York.

As a member of the largest and most experienced cardiovascular service line in the area, you will collaborate with a well-established team to deliver comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care. This encompasses a variety of services, including cardiac and vascular testing, diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, vascular and endovascular surgery, cardiac surgery such as TAVR, electrophysiology, PVI ablations, ICD and CRT-D implantation, as well as non-invasive testing services, among others.

Position Overview:

  • Full-time role with a Monday to Friday schedule, offering potential flexibility.
  • A combination of inpatient and outpatient care, including inpatient consultations at Corning Hospital; additional inpatient opportunities are available at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital.
  • On-call rotation is 1:13, with 4 weekends required per year.
  • Teaching opportunities available with CV Fellowship, IM residency, and medical students at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital.
  • Research opportunities are also available.
  • Work alongside a team of 4 Non-Invasive Cardiologists, APPs, and support staff.
  • Develop your own patient panel, seeing approximately 15 patients daily.
  • Excellent opportunities for professional growth.
  • Mentoring and leadership training for physicians are available.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual compensation ranges from $405,000 to $541,000.
  • Relocation assistance of up to $15,000.
  • Sign-on bonus of up to $25,000.
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME) days and funding; $3,400 annually for conference registration, certifications, and membership fees for specialty-specific medical societies.
  • Loan repayment options available up to $150,000.
  • Competitive RVU model supported by a strong internal referral network.

  • Malpractice insurance coverage provided, including tail coverage.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must hold a board certification or be board-eligible as an MD/DO.
  • Preferred experience, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Our facility, a 65-bed hospital and regional cancer center, offers essential emergency, ICU, labor and delivery, surgical, inpatient, and outpatient services, including wound care, cardiology, medical imaging, and cancer care to patients in the region. With a 24-hour emergency department and laboratory, we ensure that vital care services are available whenever needed.
