We are looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to monitor and report on the company’s inventory and work side by side with our current head Inventory Specialist. This job is important since the efficient handling of the company’s products and supplies is critical for the attainment of business goals. A successful Inventory Control Specialist is a reliable professional with excellent record-keeping abilities. They must have great attention to detail. The goal is to ensure that all business operations have adequate material to achieve their objectives when it comes to Inventory control.

Responsibilities
- Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
- Inspect the levels of customer goods to identify any overages and or shortages.
- Use WMS software to update and monitor all customer’s inventory utilizing handheld scanner.
- Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met.
- Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.
- Conduct cycle count audits using system audit functionality
- Work closely with current Head Inventory specialist and collaborate on making space, consolidation, maintain customer Footprint, Storage optimization etc.
Skills
- Proven experience as inventory clerk or similar position
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and information capture
- Working knowledge of inventory management software
- Ability to accurately track inventory and count
- An analytical mind with strong math skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable and trustworthy
- PC experience (word, excel, emails etc.)
- MHE experience (Forklift, Stand-up Reach and or Cherry Picker)(CERTIFICATES REQUIRED)
- Scanner experience
- Bi Lingual is a must.
