  • Manage contractors, coordinate complex site logistics, and ensure strict adherence to project specifications, industry safety protocols, and organizational policies.
  • Review and approve submittals, continuously monitor project progress, and proactively resolve field issues.
  • Conduct regular, detailed site inspections to maintain quality control and exceptional craftsmanship.
  • Implement strategies to minimize disruption to active, occupied environments and adjacent operations.
  • Develop detailed, accurate project budgets and schedules for executive approval.
  • Maintain rigorous financial accountability by tracking expenditures against budget, processing change orders and verifying contractor invoices.
  • Prepare and manage procurement documentation and participate in contract decisions as required.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement and finance teams to ensure strict compliance with organizational and public procurement requirements.
  • Maintain meticulous project records for accurate reporting, audit readiness, and fiscal transparency.
  • Serve as the primary, authoritative point of contact for all project stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, document key decisions and action items, and provide timely, transparent project status updates.
  • Proactively address stakeholder needs and concerns to manage expectations and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure clear, professional communication throughout the project lifecycle to achieve defined objectives and minimize operational impact.
  • Oversee all project closeout activities, including final inspections, detailed punch list resolution, and the seamless transition of project assets.
  • Ensure complete and accurate archiving of essential project documentation, including as-built drawings, warranties, and maintenance manuals.
  • Coordinate with the capital finance team for final financial closeout and with facilities management for updating all relevant system records (e.g., space inventory, deferred maintenance tracking).
  • Contribute to enhanced project delivery by documenting lessons learned, recommending process refinements, and supporting institutional efforts to optimize capital project outcomes.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
