Instructional Aide Subs Per Diem | Peachtree Corners, GA

Responsibilities:
- Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom environments
- Assist students one-on-one or in small groups under the guidance of teachers and staff
- Support students during daily routines, transitions, and classroom activities
- Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) when applicable
- Help with mobility, supervision, and personal care as needed
- Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning atmosphere
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Ability to pass required TB testing
- Physical capability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as necessary
- Current clearances or willingness to obtain prior to startPreferred Experience:
- Background in school settings, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
- Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- Training in CPI, PMT, or RBT (preferred but not required)
- Strong reliability, patience, and collaborative attitude
