We are seeking a Call Center Sales Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and rental information.

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Slaes Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients. This inside sales position is for an energetic, aggressive self-starter who is capable of managing heavy inbound/outbound phone contact with existing and prospective clients nationwide. The position requires excellent organization, computer and phone skills and the ability to achieve sales goals.

- Answer incoming calls, generate sales and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound calls and outbound cold calls and emails

- Provide information about products and services, including pricing and availability

- Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues or concerns

- Utilize computer systems (Salesforce) to accurately enter and update customer information

- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and provide additional assistance as needed

- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain a positive work environment

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively analyze and communicate information

- Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems

- Knowledge and experience using Salesforce is a plus

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Bilingual abilities in other languages are an asset
