Accounting Clerk needed in Delray Beach ! Qualified Candidates Apply Today! $20 - 22/hr
Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional looking for a full-time role? We are currently seeking highly proficient and dedicated Accounting Clerk for a Delray Beach client on temp-to-perm.
In this role, you will support the accounting department with AP and AR tasks.
- Accounts Payable: Process invoices, manage vendor communications, reconcile statements, and prepare for payment runs.
- Accounts Receivable: Generate and send invoices, record payments, follow up on outstanding accounts, and process daily deposits.
- General: Perform daily financial transaction entries, maintain organized and accurate financial records, assist with month-end closing procedures, and support the finance team with various administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 1 - 2 years previous experience in an accounting or finance role is a strong plus. Experience with general ledger accounting software is also a benefit.
- Accuracy & Detail: A relentless focus on accuracy and detail in all work, with a proven ability to handle large volumes of transactions with precision.
- Collaboration: A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members, vendors, and clients.
