Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Be a key member within the FP&A finance team to support ongoing analytical & reporting initiatives and annual budgeting/forecasting processes
- Analyzes historical and current financial data
- Assist in data validation for the company’s monthly reporting packages
- Provides interpretation of financial results and trends
- Assist in identifying business challenges; propose and create solutions.
- Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, monthly reporting, and prior-year expenses – proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.

- Financial Aptitude - Ability to understand and explain economic and accounting information, prepare and manage budgets, and make sound long-term investment decisions.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (four year college or technical school): Required
Experience: 0-5 plus years of experience
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
