primary responsibility is to identify, pursue, and convert new

BASE SALARY + COMMISSIONS (ESTIMATED TOTAL ANNUAL $75,000)
Sales & Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities:
Proactively generate and qualify new business leads through networking, cold outreach, events, referrals, and digital prospecting.
Develop and execute lead generation strategies across digital and offline channels (email, social media, paid ads, SEO, events, etc.)
Research target markets, customer personas, and industry trends to inform outreach campaigns
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients across corporate and social sectors with the goal of booking private events.
Build strategic partnerships with local businesses, event planners, and community organizations.
Conduct discovery calls, site tours, and pitch presentations to convert leads into bookings.
Collaborate to create marketing materials for outreach campaigns that support lead generation.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in Tripleseat.
Analyze lead sources and refine lead generation strategies for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients/customers
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets focused on new client acquisition.
Plan regularly scheduled shifts and collateral needed for hourly staff to do local store marketing with a focus on organic (non-private event) business including but not limited to local apartments, local hotels, sports fields etc

Sales & Marketing Manager Requirements:
3–5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or a hybrid role
Proven success generating and converting leads in a B2B or B2C environment
Strong communication, copywriting, and project management skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to pivot based on performance metrics
Sales & Marketing Manager Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in hospitality and/or restaurant industry
Proficiency with Tripleseat
Familiarity with paid ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn)
Graphic design or content creation experience a plus
Sales & Marketing Manager Travel Requirements:
Reliable transportation is required for local travel.
