About Us:
Ascending Partners LLC is a new substance abuse outpatient treatment clinic dedicated to helping individuals overcome addiction and improve their overall quality of life. We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs), and other qualified mental health professionals to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health, medical, or healthcare management, with a focus on providing high-quality, evidence-based support to clients in recovery. This role is essential in ensuring that patients receive comprehensive care tailored to their individual needs. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and promote overall well-being.

Duties:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health, substance use history, and social needs, developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, addiction specialists, and support staff to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches.
  • Review and sign off on treatment notes and other clinical documentation.
  • Provide clinical supervision for QMHPs.
  • Facilitate Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) group therapy sessions (morning or evening).
  • Participate in case management activities, including discharge planning and referrals to community resources.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • A master’s degree in social work or counseling from an accredited institution is required.
  • Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, or healthcare management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with DBHDS and JCAHO standards is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
