Job DescriptionCustomer Service Representative - Harrisburg, PA
Start Date: March 30th | Pay: $17/hr | Schedule: M-F, 8 AM-5 PM | Remote Opportunity after 90 days
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative handling inbound/outbound calls to assist customers with account questions, payment arrangements, and support. Great communication, professionalism, and attention to detail are key. Work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to work from home after 90 days for top performers. Previous call center or healthcare experience is a plus, but NOT required.

- Pay: $17/hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Start Date: March 30th (no exeptions)
Key Responsibilities

Conduct reminder call campaigns for medical, utility, or other client accounts using predictive dialing systems, phone queues, and cell phone loops.

Assist customers with self-pay monitoring and follow-up on late payments or payment plans.

Learn client account operations, options for resolving balances, and available payment or charity programs.

Take inbound and outbound calls for multiple client types and access remote client systems as needed.

Process payments via credit card or check, enter payments into proper systems, and provide statements or receipts.

Explain insurance coverage and answer related questions to support account resolution and billing accuracy.

Assist with training and supporting other employees on client-specific processes.

Maintain accurate records, enter information into spreadsheets, and complete necessary forms for payment plans or insurance.

Follow company policies and compliance guidelines while handling accounts according to State and Federal regulations.

Basic computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills.

Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Preferred Skills

Previous call center or customer service experience.

Healthcare knowledge, including medical billing, insurance, or related accounts.
