Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is dedicated to serving others. At Kelley Brothers, we believe in treating each customer with empathy and understanding, especially since many of our callers are under stress and need help. Our ideal candidate has a servant's heart, listens carefully, and strives to provide the best support possible. This role is crucial in fostering strong customer relationships and ensuring every interaction leaves our customers feeling valued and well taken care of.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Listen to and empathize with customers, understanding their needs and concerns.
- Problem Solving: Provide solutions and support to customers, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Detail Orientation: Accurately input customer information and maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions.
- Communication: Clearly and professionally communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and support.
Qualifications:
- Empathy and Compassion: A natural ability to understand and share the feelings of others, especially in stressful situations.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and find effective solutions for customers.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required.
- Service Titan Experience: Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
