Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and/or school settings
- Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs), assessments, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure for Colorado
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and speech-language assessments for students, recommending appropriate interventions
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Manage and document progress toward IEP goals
- Provide direct, evidence-based therapy services to students from diverse backgrounds
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote generalization of communication skills
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to team discussions, and deliver effective parent/teacher education and support
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school district and state guidelines
