What Are We Looking For?

Were hiring an experienced Canvassing Manager to lead, train, and grow a door-to-door team.

Pay: $100,000–$275,000 annual earning potential

Compensation: Base salary + commission + team overrides

Job Type: Full-time

The Role: You’ll recruit and train canvassers, run team meetings, plan neighborhoods and routes, track

daily production, and coach the team in the field. This is a hands-on role for a manager who can lead by example, keep people accountable, and improve results.

What You Need:

• Canvassing management experience required

• Experience leading door-to-door teams

• Strong recruiting, coaching, and communication skills

• Home improvement or related industry experience

• Comfortable working in the field
