Addison Group is partnering with a well-established, high-end medical practice in the Tysons area. This busy office provides a professional, patient-focused environment with a strong emphasis on quality service and attention to detail.
Job Description:
The Medical Receptionist will support daily front desk operations and patient coordination in a fast-paced clinical setting. This role is ideal for someone who is polished, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities while delivering an excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage calendar coordination
- Communicate with patients regarding appointments, procedures, and general inquiries
- Assist with coordinating procedures at external facilities such as hospitals or surgical centers
- Prepare exam rooms and support patient flow, including room setup and reset between visits
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
- Accurately enter and update patient information across internal systems (training provided)
- Ensure all required documentation and details are ready ahead of scheduled procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare front desk role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional demeanor with a high level of reliability and accountability
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a detailed, process-oriented environment
- Comfortable learning new systems and workflows
Additional Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with lunch break)
- Fully onsite role (5 days per week)
