Patient Registration Representative

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Patient Access Representative with strong customer service skills, a solid background in patient registration, and fluency in Spanish to support our front-line patient access operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register and schedule patients for inpatient, outpatient, and diagnostic services
• Verify insurance eligibility, obtain prior authorizations, and communicate benefit details
• Accurately collect and input demographic, clinical, and financial data
• Deliver exceptional service to patients, families, and clinical staff
• Navigate EPIC systems for registration and appointment coordination

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in patient registration
• Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)
• EPIC system experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
• Excellent customer service, data entry, and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of insurance verification and authorization processes
• High School diploma or equivalent
