Experience Required:
- Basic computer skills/etiquette
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Working knowledge of email, fax, multi-line phones, and other professional documents formatting
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with incoming students
- Phone calls – receiving/outgoing and message taking
- Positive leadership skills
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
Requirements:
