Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Radiologic Technologist in York, Maine, providing vital imaging services across multiple locations. This contract position offers a 36-hour workweek with flexible shifts that include days, evenings, overnights (for CT-trained techs), and weekends. Your expertise will support a range of radiology services at the main hospital campus and seven walk-in care facilities in York, Wells, Sanford, Berwick, South Berwick, and Kittery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality radiologic exams including diagnostic imaging, bone density, fluoroscopy, C-Arm, and portable radiology.
- Deliver compassionate patient care while ensuring accurate and efficient imaging.
- Support multiple sites by adapting to varied duties, including patient registrations and clerical assistance as needed.
- Operate CT equipment at hospital and Wells location if CT-trained.
- Maintain compliance with timecard submission rules to ensure timely processing.
Qualifications:
- ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist.
- Current Maine RT Licensure.
- BLS Certification required.
- Minimum of 2+ years solid hospital experience preferred.
- Fluency in Bone Density, Fluoroscopy, C-Arm, CT, and Portable Radiology highly desired.
- Ability and willingness to work across multiple locations.
- Flexible availability to cover a variety of shifts including weekends and overnights.
- Strong teamwork skills and dedication to quality patient care.
