Job Title: Fulfillment Warehouse Associate
Job Type: Full-Time
Starting Pay: $18 per hour
Our client in the Pewaukee/Waukesha area is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for labeling, organizing, and stacking boxes in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment. This is a physically active position requiring consistent lifting of 5–25 pounds throughout the day.
1 employee Monday to Thursday 5 am to 3 pm
1 employee Wednesday to Saturday 5 am to 3 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately label boxes according to product and shipping requirements
- Safely and efficiently stack boxes onto pallets
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Report damaged or mislabeled items to your supervisor
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move boxes or cases of up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to speak and understand English at least 50% of the time
- Previous warehouse or packaging experience is a plus, but not required
