Robert Half Marketing & Creative is seeking a results-driven SEO Manager for our fast-growing, fully remote digital agency client that partners with eCommerce and DTC brands across a wide range of industries. In this role, you’ll lead and optimize SEO efforts for a national retail client, with a strong focus on technical SEO, schema implementation, and emerging AI-driven strategies like Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in data, moves quickly, and is excited to shape the future of search.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead technical SEO strategy and implementation, including schema, structured data, site health, and crawl optimization.
- Apply and help develop Generative SEO (GEO) strategies to increase brand visibility inside AI platforms.
- Pull performance data using analytics platforms like Looker, Google Analytics 4, and Search Console.
- Build data dashboards and performance reports with clarity and insight.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align SEO with broader marketing and business goals.
- Stay ahead of trends in generative search, prompt engineering, and AI optimization.
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in technical SEO.
- Solid understanding of schema markup, site architecture, and performance optimization.
- Experience with analytics tools and dashboarding platforms like Looker, GA4, and GSC.
- Strong interest in (or experience with) AI-driven search, generative SEO, and prompt crafting.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented work style.
- Previous retail or e-commerce SEO experience is a plus but not required.
