Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations for our Home & Community-Based Services program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and route phone calls and emails professionally
- Maintain client and caregiver files in compliance with Colorado HCBS standards
- Assist with caregiver onboarding, including background check tracking, training documentation, and file audits
- Support staff scheduling, callouts, and coverage coordination
- Track and follow up on EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) entries and documentation issues
- Assist with timesheet collection and payroll verification
- Support incident reporting and documentation workflows
- Communicate with caregivers, clients, supervisors, and Colorado case managers as needed
- Scan, file, and organize Medicaid and compliance documents
- Perform data entry and general office duties
- Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times
Qualifications:
✔ Experience in HCBS, home health, or healthcare administration preferred
✔ Strong organizational and leadership skills
✔ Knowledge of Medicaid/HCBS compliance a plus
✔ Proficient with office software and scheduling systems
