Schedule:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage individualized oncology patient care, utilizing the nursing process from assessment through evaluation
- Administer chemotherapy and other oncology treatments per protocol, monitoring for adverse reactions
- Educate patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, side effects, and supportive care measures
- Collaborate seamlessly with physicians and members of the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Supervise and mentor assigned team members, fostering a positive and professional environment
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with facility, state, and federal regulations
- Provide physical and psychological support to patients, supporting them through the complexities of cancer care
