Responsible for installing, replacing, and upgrading HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) in residential homes. Ensures systems are installed safely, correctly, and in compliance with local codes and manufacturer specifications.
- Install new residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and ductwork.
- Replace or retrofit existing systems with newer, more efficient models.
- Prepare installation sites by measuring, cutting, and assembling ductwork or piping.
- Safely remove old equipment and prepare home for new system.
- Follow safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain a clean and orderly worksite and vehicle.
- Good physical condition (lifting, crawling, climbing)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
