We are a Residential and Commercial General Contractor performing work in Westchester and Southern Fairfield Counties seeking a Construction Administrative Assistant to become a part of our team!

Responsibilities:

1. Communication with project managers and subcontractors
2. Creating and updating subcontractor contracts
3. Managing payable invoices
4. Keeping accurate project records
5. Keeping project logs up to date: Submittal log, RFI log
6. Formatting meeting minutes

Qualifications:

1. Must be able to work closely with Project Managers, Subcontractors, Homeowners, Architects and Designers
2. Ability to build rapport with subcontractors
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize
4. Excellent problem-solving skills
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Must have excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
7. Construction or Architectural experience preferred
8. Knowledge of all construction phases from excavation through finishes is preferred
9. Must be highly motivated and detail oriented
10. Knowledge of reading blueprints preferred
11. Ability to travel to various jobsites
12. Bilingual is a huge plus

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $45,000 – $65,000 annually (commensurate with experience and estimating proficiency)

Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person
